Pole Fitness is a group fitness class using a spinning pole. The classes features dancing & strength training. Everyone can do it if your willing to try! The encouragement and friendships made in pole class are like no other! Pole fitness is a challenging & The sky truly is the limit!!

Im Sherlyn Salerna and this is my story. My battle with weight loss has been a long and expensive one. I have tried many diets from starving myself with HCG to even contemplating surgery. I have worked out with friends, joined the gym, and even done a trainer. I was introduced to Rising Above Fitness Boot Camp program back in June 2012. I joined the boot camp and much to everyones amazement. I finally have gotten great results. Thanks to a proper diet and the Rising Above Fitness Boot camp. I have held to the tittle of the biggest loser for 4 consecutive sessions. I have learned my own weight management and Im so grateful to Jessica, Judy and their team for all there efforts on my journey, and feel so gratified in being a healthier and happier person today.
